Wall-Mounted Cable Pulley System
A full cable pulley station that mounts to a wall — lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, curls, and face pulls without a full gym setup.
Cable work is one of the most useful additions to a home setup. Unlike free weights, a cable keeps tension on the muscle through the entire range of motion, and it lets you train pulling patterns — lat pulldowns, straight-arm pulldowns, face pulls — that are otherwise hard to load at home without a machine.
What you can train
- Back — lat pulldowns, straight-arm pulldowns, seated rows
- Arms — tricep pushdowns, overhead extensions, cable curls
- Shoulders — face pulls and rear-delt work, the movements most home setups skip
- Core — cable crunches and anti-rotation work
Specifications
- Mounting: wall-mounted
- Type: cable pulley system with handle attachment
- Material: PVC
- Use: strength training — back, arms, shoulders, core
- Model: HL001
Who it suits
Anyone training at home who has pressing and squatting covered but no good way to load pulling movements. It pairs naturally with the progressive-overload approach in The Adaptable Strength & Conditioning System, which covers how to program cable work alongside the rest of your training.
Please note: check that your wall and mounting hardware are rated for the loads you intend to use, and follow the included installation instructions. If you are unsure, have it installed by someone qualified. Train within your ability and stop if something hurts.
