I bought a guide but haven't received it

Your download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first. Still missing? Message us with your order number and we'll re-send it right away.

What format are the guides in?

Every guide is a PDF. You can read it on a phone, tablet, e-reader, or computer, and keep it forever — there's no subscription and no app required.

Do I get updates?

Yes. When we improve a guide, existing readers get the updated edition at no extra cost.

Can I get a refund?

Our guides are digital and delivered instantly, so all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. If something is wrong with your file, contact us — we'll fix the delivery.

Can I share or resell a guide?

Your purchase includes a personal-use licence, so please don't redistribute or resell the files. If a friend finds it useful, point them here instead — it keeps us writing.
