Refund policy

By completing a purchase from Cito Thriven (the "Provider"), the purchaser ("Purchaser") acknowledges and accepts the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. Our products are digital goods delivered instantly, or physical goods produced to order. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, credits, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

By completing checkout, the Purchaser expressly requests immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that, in doing so, all sales are final.

2. Digital Products

Digital Products include PDFs, guides, workbooks, and other downloadable resources. They are delivered electronically immediately after purchase and cannot be returned in a way that preserves their original state.

If a download link fails, expires, or a file is corrupted, contact us and we will re-issue the file or provide an alternative delivery method. Re-delivery constitutes full and complete resolution.

3. Print-on-Demand and Physical Products

Any physical products are made to order and produced specifically for the Purchaser after the order is placed. They are not stocked inventory and cannot be restocked or resold. Physical items are therefore also final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange for reasons including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item. Please review all sizing, colour, and specification details carefully before ordering.

Exception — damaged, defective, or misprinted items: if a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Verified production or shipping defects will be replaced at no cost to the Purchaser. Replacement is the sole remedy offered.

Parcels lost or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the Purchaser are not the responsibility of the Provider, and re-shipment may require a new order.

4. Order Issues and Payment Disputes

If any issue arises with an order, please contact us first — most concerns are resolved quickly. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. Nothing in this policy limits rights the Purchaser may have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Informational Purpose of Content

All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, medical, psychological, therapeutic, fitness, nutritional, or legal advice, and the Provider does not operate in any licensed advisory capacity.

6. No Guarantees

The Purchaser accepts full responsibility for how they apply the information provided. Any decisions or actions taken are at the Purchaser's sole discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the materials.

8. Professional Consultation

Financial content: review alongside guidance from a licensed financial professional. Trading and investing carry risk, including loss of capital.

Fitness and nutrition content: may not be suitable for everyone. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme.

Mental wellbeing content: is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical care. Please seek licensed support where appropriate.

Intellectual Property and Licence

All products are protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws. The Purchaser receives a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for individual use only. Redistribution, resale, public posting, file sharing, or use to train machine learning systems is not permitted and may be enforced under applicable law.

By completing a purchase, the Purchaser confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this policy, including the final sale terms above.
